Assist in the preparation, consolidation, and review of the annual budget.
Develop financial forecasts and variance analyses to support strategic planning.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local and international accounting standards.
Ensure compliance with government regulations, internal policies, and statutory requirements.
Oversee general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and monitor cash flow operations.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors to support financial audits.
Identify areas for process optimization and implement best practices to enhance financial efficiency.
Use advanced software and financial tools to streamline reporting activities.
Liaise with various departments, senior management, and government bodies to deliver clear and relevant financial information.
Participate in special projects and strategic initiatives that reinforce the financial department’s objectives.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certification such as CPA or CFA is a plus).
A minimum of 0‑2 years of experience in a finance role, preferably within a government or large corporate setting.
Experience working in a structured, regulatory environment that values accountability and transparency.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong analytical, quantitative, and data interpretation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
