• Strong handson experience with Finacle development and customization

• Experience in Core Banking Solution (CBS) implementation and support
• Good understanding of banking domain and financial products
• Proven experience with Finacle modules like Retail Corporate Treasury and CRM
• Experience with Finacle APIs and integration with other systems
• Knowledge of Finacle scripting language and customization tools
• Ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
