Overview

UL Solutions Italy is looking for a Night Survey Technician for its Carugate (MI) office, to support a new road surveying project focused on measuring the luminous emissions of street lighting systems.

You will follow selected routes during nighttime hours using a company vehicle equipped with measurement instruments, to collect data related to the luminous output of road lighting fixtures.

To begin the execution of the required tests, the Operator will be responsible for setting up the measurement system on the company vehicle and configuring measurement parameters on the provided laptop.

Responsibilities

• Setting up the measurement system on the company vehicle


• Configuring measurement parameters on the provided laptop


• Accompanied by a second Operator, you will drive along selected routes to perform measurements in compliance with EN 13201 standards


• Verifying the correct execution of measurements


• Intervening when necessary to correct any anomalies or irregularities


• Availability for evening/night shifts and national and international travel

Qualifications

• Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) Driving License


• Technical high school diploma (preferred)


• Intermediate knowledge of the English language


• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
