A global technology firm is seeking a Solutions Engineer to provide pre-sales technical support for their fiber and wireless solutions. The ideal candidate will have a Telecom Science diploma, fluent in Arabic and English, and possess extensive knowledge of Fiber Optic and Metro-Ethernet technologies. This role requires travel across the MEA region and offers opportunities to engage with major vendors and customers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in using T&M equipment vendors.
• Ability to travel to Saudi Arabia, Europe and USA is required.
• Experience in pre-sales technical support with major vendors.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-sales technical support for fiber, Metro-Ethernet, and wireless solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and educational seminars.
• Collaborate with customers on trials and implementation.
