A local event management company is looking for a proficient event coordinator to support the planning and execution of the Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF). Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and management of DSF event plans including resource allocation and budgeting.
• Support the creation of event budgets and implement financial management controls.
• Manage on-ground event delivery and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Classify events based on scope, attendance, and budget.
• Contribute to project one-pagers defining budgets and objectives.
• Collaborate with procurement on RFPs/RFIs and supplier management.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for DSF stakeholders.
• Suggest creative content elements for engaging events.
• Develop risk mitigation and contingency plans for events.
• Ensure safety protocols are in place and maintained.
