We are seeking a proactive and confident Female Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining our training/consultancy services, and converting leads into successful enrollments. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach are essential.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce company courses/services.
  • Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of training programs (PMP, LEED GA, Six Sigma, etc.).
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain the CRM database and record client interactions.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
  • Coordinate with the training and operations team for enrollments.
  • Build and maintain client relationships for future business.
