TDIC Food & Beverage has a diverse portfolio of F&B venues, including high-end stand alone restaurants that are well established within the Abu Dhabi market (Premium Steakhouse, Contemporary American Restaurant & Japanese Fusion Restaurant & Lounge) and a renowned luxury beach club that is nestled away on the island of Saadiyat.

We are looking for energetic and highly motivated Female Restaurant Supervisor (Russian / Serbian Speaker) who has the ability to assess and train staff effectively with excellent communication skills in English and can communicate effectively with guests and staff at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the restaurant & lounge.
• Manage restaurant & lounge staff.
• Serve Food & Beverage to guests.
• Ensure a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service consistent with the F&B Standards, Policies & Procedures in order to maximize guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Hotel School Graduate or Catering School Diploma preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years' experience as a Supervisor.
• Exposure to 5*, fine-dining standards.
• Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to make decisions and find alternative solutions to problems.
