Responsibilities
  • Welcome and greet patients with a warm and professional demeanor
  • Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and maintain the clinic’s calendar
  • Provide patients with accurate information regarding clinic services and procedures
  • Assist with the patient check-in process, including completing necessary forms and updating records
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming
  • Handle payment processing, billing inquiries, and insurance verification as needed
