The FBO Sales Specialist will champion business growth by developing strong relationships with aircraft operators, charter companies, flight support providers and VIP clientele ensuring exceptional service delivery and continuous revenue growth.

Job Description

The FBO Sales Specialist is responsible for driving business growth by identifying, developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients including aircraft operators, charter companies, flight supports and VIP customers. The role focuses on promoting FBO services, increasing revenue, ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting the commercial success of the FBO.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and embed a culture of customer focus and performance management to ensure high quality and continuous improvement in ground operations and service delivery.
  • Ensure that the organisation’s approach to data protection, security and retention complies with best practice and that policies and procedures are effectively implemented.
  • To develop, continuously improve and implement the organisation’s approach to risk management.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the business aviation and general aviation markets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with aircraft operators, brokers, trip planners and other stakeholders.
  • Promote FBO services including ground handling, fuel sales, hangarage and concierge services.
  • Prepare and deliver customised proposals and quotations to clients.
  • Support the development of pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Serve as a focal point of contact for assigned clients ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, Protocol and Finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Collect client feedback and work with management to improve service offerings.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new opportunities.
  • Maintain an updated database of potential and existing clients in FBO One systems.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts and performance analyses to management.
  • Contribute to business planning, budgeting and revenue forecasting.
  • Support partnership development with fuel suppliers, travel partners and VIP service providers.
Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in aviation sales, FBO operations or business development.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of business aviation, airport operations and FBO services.
  • Experience with FBO One systems (Preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
