Facilities Management Supervisor (Arabic Speaker)

About the Role

You will oversee the maintenance and upkeep of buildings, assets, and equipment across Alshaya Group’s retail and restaurant brands, ensuring compliance, safety, and brand standards with third‑party suppliers and contractors.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and coordinate third‑party suppliers and contractors to deliver planned and reactive maintenance to SLA.
• Monitor equipment and services performance, addressing issues in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and brand standards across all sites.
• Maintain confidentiality of market, commercial, personal, and financial information.
• Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

What You’ll Bring

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (preferred), or 10+ years in field service/MEP/HVAC with relevant certifications.
• Multi‑discipline technical capability across HVAC, AC systems, power distribution, chiller plants, lighting, motors, switchgear, and electrical installations.
• Strong technical awareness of building services; proficient computer skills and familiarity with FM systems.
• Valid UAE driver’s licence and personal vehicle.
• Arabic language proficiency; strong communication skills.
