• Provide expert guidance on skincare products, helping clients choose the right products for at-home care to complement their treatments.
• Maintain a pristine, sanitary, and organized treatment environment, ensuring that all equipment is cleaned, sterilized, and in optimal working condition.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and innovations in the skincare industry to continually elevate the spa’s offerings.
• Deliver a high level of customer service with a friendly, professional demeanor that reflects the spa’s luxury brand.
• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring repeat visits and loyalty.
• Document detailed client treatment histories and progress notes to track improvements over time.
• Participate in spa promotional events, training, and workshops.

Requirements
