  • Oversee all aspects of food and beverage service from daily dining to formal events ensuring seamless discreet and personalised experiences.
  • Manage train and motivate a diverse F&B team fostering a culture of attentive service professionalism and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with culinary housekeeping and external suppliers to ensure flawless coordination.
  • Set and uphold the highest standards in table settings dining presentation food safety and hygiene across all F&B operations.
  • Supervise inventory procurement and stock control for food beverages and dining equipment ensuring quality and cost-efficiency.
  • Anticipate guest preferences proactively delivering exceptional service tailored to individual tastes and requirements.
  • Manage private functions and bespoke events from concept to execution ensuring every detail meets the expectations.
  • Implement and monitor compliance with all food safety hygiene and health regulations creating a safe and impeccable experience for all.
Essential Skills and Qualities
  • Substantial experience in F&B management or supervision ideally within a luxury hotel fine-dining restaurant or similar high-end environment.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting demands.
  • Outstanding leadership coaching and communication skills to inspire a high-performing guest-focused team.
  • Strong understanding of global cuisine wine and beverage service and modern hospitality best practices.
