Job summary

An established hospitality company in the UAE seeks a highly qualified Maintenance Auditor for its Food & Beverage ventures. The role involves conducting audits, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with quality and maintenance standards. The ideal candidate will possess a relevant degree and at least two years of experience in a similar position, along with strong communication and analytical skills, and will contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Industrial Management, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the Food & Beverage industry.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Control principles, maintenance management systems, and relevant industry standards/regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular audits of equipment, facilities, and maintenance procedures to ensure compliance with established QC and operational standards.
• Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and recommend corrective actions for maintenance and quality improvements.
• Provide training and guidance to relevant staff on QC principles and effective maintenance best practices.
• Investigate and resolve quality and maintenance-related issues to ensure operational excellence.
• Develop and implement QC and maintenance procedures and standards.
• Communicate effectively with management to provide recommendations and improvements in maintenance and quality control practices.
• Maintain accurate records of QC and maintenance audit activities.
• Verify that all equipment and facilities are properly maintained and operational to meet quality standards.
