You will manage guest reservations, ensure daily preparations are in place, and provide menu recommendations. Ideal candidates will possess exceptional interpersonal skills and be fluent in both Arabic and French. Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is a must.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service.
• Fluent in Arabic and French Language is mandatory for the role.

Responsibilities

• Takes reservations and welcomes guests to the outlet.
• Participates in checking the daily mise en place according to the whole day service requirements.
• Be familiar with the menus and ongoing promotions in the outlet and provides recommendations to the guests.
• Carry out other related assignments or tasks entrusted by the Restaurant General Manager.
• Be familiar with all related company documentation and especially with the relevant Operational Standards Manual for the department.
