Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in F&B within a 4 or 5-star hotel.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily food and beverage operations, including inventory management and supply ordering.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and address issues promptly.
  • Assist in planning and executing events and promotions.
  • Collaborate with Kitchen and Service teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, purchases, and sales.
  • Handle administration and payroll processes.
  • Coordinate appointments and schedule meetings.
  • Ensure consistent high-quality standards.
Ideal Profile

  • Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or similar.
  • At least 2 years experience in F&B within a 4 or 5-star hotel.
  • Good knowledge of F&B operations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Typing or similar certification is a plus.
