About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Export Sales Manager to lead and expand international sales operations across global markets. This role is responsible for developing export strategies, managing overseas distributors and clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. The ideal candidate will combine strong commercial acumen with market development expertise and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Export Sales Strategy & Market Development
  • Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve revenue and market expansion targets.
  • Identify and penetrate new international markets, distributors, and business opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to drive strategic decisions.
Client & Distributor Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers, distributors, and agents.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, contracts, and distribution agreements.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships through effective account management.
Sales Operations & Order Management
  • Manage the complete export sales cycle from inquiry to order execution and delivery.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Monitor order pipelines, forecasts, and sales performance against targets.
Trade Compliance & Documentation
  • Ensure compliance with export regulations, trade laws, and international standards.
  • Oversee preparation and accuracy of export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
  • Stay updated on customs requirements, duties, and regulatory changes in target markets.
Pricing & Commercial Analysis
  • Develop competitive pricing strategies aligned with cost structures and market dynamics.
