Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Expeditor to ensure the timely delivery of materials, equipment, and documentation for ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating with suppliers, logistics teams, and project stakeholders—preferably in the Oil & Gas sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow up with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-time delivery of materials, equipment, and documentation.
  • Monitor and track the progress of purchase orders and shipments to meet project timelines.
  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, warehouse, and project teams to resolve delivery issues.
  • Prepare and maintain expediting reports, delivery status updates, and delay notifications.
  • Ensure proper documentation, such as delivery notes, packing lists, and invoices, are received and validated.
  • Identify potential risks in the supply chain and propose corrective actions.
  • Attend internal and supplier meetings to follow up on material readiness and logistics planning.
Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of procurement and logistics documentation.
