About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for Sales – Executive to join our Sales & Marketing Team at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage contracts, entertainment requests, complimentary forms, and stay‑related arrangements.
  • Assist with FAM trips, VIP guests, hotel site inspections, and general guest‑related coordination.
  • Handle phone/email inquiries, share departmental updates, and represent the team in meetings/committees.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, procurement, payables, and manage business travel needs for the Sales team.
  • Send hotel updates, promotions, availability/stop‑sales notices, and provide diary support to the Director of Sale.
  • Support the Sales team with reporting, database updates, and CRM/BI tools (Opera, JBI, Power BI, Salesforce).
About you:
  • 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably with an international hospitality company.
  • Strong understanding of core hotel operations.
  • Familiarity with sales and hotel systems (e.g., Opera, Salesforce, Power BI).
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Business Administration (essential).
