Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain regulatory documentation for product registrations, brand licensing, and renewals with UAE and GCC authorities
• Track compliance schedules, maintain dossiers, and ensure all submissions meet required standards and deadlines
• Monitor regulatory updates from ESMA, SFDA, DM, and other relevant bodies, ensuring internal teams are informed promptly
• Support internal compliance audits, spot checks, and corrective action initiatives
• Coordinate with merchandising, logistics, quality, and legal departments to ensure labeling, packaging, and import compliance
• Collect and verify Certificates of Compliance, test reports, and supplier declarations
• Assist in preparing compliance reports, dashboards, and submission logs for management review
• Support audit inspections by compiling required documentation and coordinating with regulators
• Contribute to updating internal compliance SOPs and elevate potential non-conformance issues
• Ensure all product, process, and policy updates are aligned with UAE and GCC legal frameworks

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Science, or a related discipline
• 1–3 years of experience in regulatory affairs, compliance, or documentation, preferably in retail, cosmetics, or FMCG
• Strong organizational and documentation skills with an eye for accuracy and timelines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and compliance tracking software
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across multiple functions
• Awareness of UAE and GCC regulatory frameworks and reporting protocols
