Job summary

A leading hotel brand in Dubai is seeking a dedicated hospitality professional to greet and assist guests, maintain lounge standards, and serve food and beverages. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a 5-star hotel and excellent interpersonal skills. This full-time role offers an opportunity to be part of a diverse and inclusive team, committed to excellence in hospitality.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar role in a 5 star hotel.
  • Experience in a 5 Star hotel preferably in a food & beverage services role.
  • Flexibility to take on various shifts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Ensure the executive lounge is impeccably clean organized and well-maintained.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages according to hotel standards.
  • Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.
  • Handle guest inquiries requests and complaints efficiently and courteously.
  • Provide guests with information about hotel services local attractions and events.
  • Assist with check-in and check-out procedures for executive guests as needed.
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Uphold the hotel's standards of excellence and adhere to all health and safety regulations.
