Job summary

A dynamic talent search agency is hiring an HR Executive to support HR operations. This role demands 3 to 5 years of HR experience, proficiency in English, and strong communication skills. Responsibilities include supporting talent acquisition, maintaining HR records, and coordinating various HR activities. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Human Resource Management and be proactive. This position is based in Sharjah, UAE.

Qualifications

Executive - HR & Admin: The HR Executive position is for someone who is proactive, eager to learn, and can support HR operations effectively for both the business and its employees. The role requires good coordination, teamwork, and communication skills. The HR Executive should have basic knowledge of HR systems and hands-on experience in supporting recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and other HR processes. He/she should also be organized, detail-oriented, and willing to take initiative. The Executive - HR & Admin will be reporting to the Director of HR & BT.
