Eton Clarke is mandated by a leading international bank on senior growth hires within its Dubai office, as part of a broader Middle East expansion strategy. The role sits at Executive Director level and focuses on senior UAE client coverage, relationship ownership, and new business origination across large corporates, financial institutions, and public sector clients.

Based in Dubai, the position works closely with senior regional leadership and plays a key role in franchise development and revenue delivery across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Lead senior UAE client coverage as the primary relationship owner for strategic corporate, FI, and public sector clients, with responsibility for origination and contribution to departmental revenue objectives.
• Develop and deepen relationships with clients, advisors, DFIs, ECAs, and counterparties, while coordinating closely with internal product teams, credit, risk, and regional stakeholders across EMEA and globally.
• Support regional strategy and business development through market intelligence, regulatory awareness, and disciplined execution, ensuring strong compliance, credit judgement, and adherence to cross border marketing policies.
