Overview
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Executive to join our marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple platforms to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube and DV360
- Manage SEM, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, Conversion Rate, etc.), and prepare regular performance reports.
- Support in building media plans, budgets, and channel-wise strategies to meet business objectives.
- Work with internal teams and external agencies on creative assets, landing pages, tracking setup, and campaign execution.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities.
- Assist in campaign A/B testing, remarketing, and funnel optimization.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in Digital Marketing (Performance Marketing / Paid Media).
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, and DV360.
- Strong knowledge of analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4, GTM, attribution tools, MMPs).
- Familiarity with SEO, social media, and affiliate marketing is a plus.
- Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
