Executive Chef vacancy in Ras-al-Khaimah UAE

We are seeking an experienced and creative Executive Chef to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have a passion for food, strong leadership skills, and the ability to motivate a team to produce high-quality dishes. The Executive Chef should be able to work independently or with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Developing recipes, menus, and dining concepts
  2. Creating innovative dishes that appeal to customers’ tastes
  3. Monitoring the quality of ingredients used
  4. Supervising kitchen staff in food preparation
  5. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  6. Managing kitchen budgets and maintaining financial records
  7. Training new kitchen personnel as needed
  8. Developing strategies to improve profitability and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
