Executive Chef in El-Fujairah, UAE. We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in El-Fujairah. Our ideal candidate is an adept cook with experience in the restaurant industry and a passion for delivering quality culinary experiences. The successful candidate will be highly organized and have strong leadership skills. This position offers a competitive salary of 1200 per month.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Develop new recipes and menus according to customer feedback and requests
  • Plan meals for large events, private dining experiences, or other occasions as needed
  • Monitor the quality of all dishes prepared by staff members in the kitchen
  • Supervise the preparation of ingredients and ensure that all dishes are prepared according to established recipes and standards of quality
  • Ensure all kitchen staff adhere to safety regulations at all times, such as proper food storage techniques, proper sanitation protocols, etc.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in the restaurant industry
  • Excellent culinary knowledge with an ability to create innovative menus based on customer feedback and requests
  • Good organizational skills with an eye for detail
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality
  • A valid driver\'s license is preferred but not required
