As the executive assistant to the CEO, you will provide high-level administrative support typically focusing on managing the executive's daily operations, communications, and priorities. The position demands professionalism, confidentiality, and the capability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
Main Responsibilities
Manage the CEO's agenda
Organize CEO's business trips
Plan and coordinate executive events and meetings
Prepare materials for meetings and budget
Write meeting minutes
Manage various documents as requested by the CEO
Write various letters and communications
Act as a liaison between CEO and internal/external stakeholders
Process expense reports and handle administrative tasks
Provide support to other functions when needed
Requirements and Skills
5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a C-level support role
Bachelor's degree preferred
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Advanced proficiency in Google Suite, specifically Google Slides
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
