  • Conduct research and prepare briefing materials for meetings and appointments.

  • Coordinate and facilitate the Chairman's daily activities, ensuring effective time management.
  • Liaise with international clients, customers, and employees as needed.
  • Perform administrative duties, including filing, copying, scanning, and organizing documents.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.
  • Must currently reside in the UAE.
  • Experience working with international clients, customers, or employees preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
