Position: : Executive & Personal Assistant to Group CEO

Position Summary:

Reporting to the CEO, the Executive & Personal Assistant provides high-level administrative and personal support, acting as the primary liaison for internal and external matters. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The candidate must exercise sound judgment, manage multiple priorities, and handle confidential matters with discretion. Global travel is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage CEO’s calendar, travel, correspondence, and confidential documents.
  • Coordinate executive meetings, agendas, and follow-ups.
  • Liaise with senior management, board members, and external stakeholders.
  • Research, prioritize, and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
  • Assist with special projects, vendor management, and business correspondence.
  • Oversee household operations, personal travel, and family scheduling.
  • Coordinate personal events, errands, financial administration, and service providers.
  • Ensure seamless integration of professional and personal commitments.
  • Manage visa applications and travel arrangements, including US, UK, Schengen, and other global travel requirements.
