Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and mission-driven Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the leadership of 500 Global’s Sustainable Growth Division, based in Abu Dhabi. While 500 Global operates as a globally distributed company, this role must be based in Abu Dhabi to ensure direct, in‑person support for the principals and seamless coordination with partners and stakeholders in the region. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of global development, philanthropy, or impact finance — and thrives in fast‑paced, international environments that bridge private investment with social impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high‑level administrative and logistical support to the leadership team, including complex calendar management, correspondence, and coordination across global time zones.
  • Support preparation for high‑level meetings and events with partners in government, philanthropy, and multilateral institutions.
  • Draft and manage communications, presentations, and briefing materials for engagements across global health, climate, and impact investment domains.
  • Track deliverables and action items to ensure timely follow‑up and execution.
  • Serve as a connective point between the Abu Dhabi‑based principals and global teams, ensuring efficient information flow and alignment.
  • Manage logistics for regional travel, events, and multi‑stakeholder convenings.
  • Coordinate with global operations, finance, and partnerships teams on contracts, invoicing, and administrative processes.
  • Maintain organized systems for documentation, research, and reporting.
  • Assist with coordination of strategic partnerships, grantmaking, or co‑investment initiatives across the GCC and global networks.
  • Conduct light background research on mission‑aligned partners, development priorities, and philanthropic trends.
  • Represent the Sustainable Growth Division with professionalism and discretion in interactions with senior stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or training in international development, global health, sustainability, or business administration preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting executives or programs within venture capital, philanthropy, development finance, or multilateral organizations.
  • Strong understanding of impact‑driven initiatives, global development, or sustainability ecosystems.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and cross‑cultural fluency.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom).
Attributes
  • Purpose‑driven, globally minded, and intellectually curious.
  • Operates with integrity, judgment, and a solutions‑oriented approach.
  • Thrives in fast‑paced, multicultural environments with distributed teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship‑management skills.
Location Requirement

While 500 Global is a globally remote company, this position must be based in Abu Dhabi to provide direct support to the division’s leadership and coordinate regional partnerships and engagements.
