Job description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate is a trusted partner who excels at managing priorities, handling confidential information, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for the executive(s).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and prioritizing appointments
  • Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
  • Prepare, edit, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
  • Organize and attend meetings; take accurate meeting notes and follow up on action items
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and expenses
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
  • Support special projects, research, and strategic initiatives as assignedManage expense reports, invoices, and budget tracking
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve issues before they arise
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
