About the Company

Our client is a global technology leader specializing in advanced systems and solutions for defence, aerospace, security, and digital technologies.

Duties and responsibilities
  • Providing administrative support and general management with general administrative tasks
  • Organizing appointments
  • Arranging travel and accommodation
  • Organization of meetings, conf-calls, video conferences.
  • Management of correspondence and dealing with incoming telephone, emails faxes and post.
  • Producing documents, reports and presentations.
  • Coordinate information flow, periodic reporting, monitoring KPI related to the Top management activities in relation projects and country organization of the Middle East.
  • Control, manages meetings minutes, document configuration and data.
  • Handling stationary orders and different invoices in SAP.
  • Exhibitions’ & conferences’ arrangement support and backing
  • Ensure adherence to corporate policies & procedures, ethical standards and code of conduct whilst keeping up with global standards.
What are we looking for?
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Bachelor /Master – Diploma
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software
  • Being able to work with one or more teams.
  • Having high attention to details and being accurate.
  • Having good organizational skills.
  • Having good communication abilities.
