Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support – Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to senior leadership, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Calendar & Travel Management – Oversee complex scheduling, coordinate international and domestic travel, and ensure seamless logistics.
- Stakeholder Management – Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and discretion.
- Confidentiality & Discretion – Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
- Project Coordination – Assist in the planning and execution of executive-level projects, tracking progress and ensuring timely delivery.
- Communication & Correspondence – Draft, review, and manage executive-level communications, reports, and presentations.
- Office & Meeting Management – Organize and prepare for high-level meetings, including agenda setting, note-taking, and follow-ups.
- Problem-Solving & Initiative – Anticipate needs, identify potential issues, and proactively provide solutions to ensure smooth operations.
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of Executive Assistant experience, with at least 8 years supporting senior leadership or C‑suite executives
- Strong business acumen, ability to work under pressure, and excellent attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and scheduling tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism and ability to interact with senior stakeholders
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Experience handling confidential and high-profile information
- Proven experience working with and managing the needs of Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI)
- Native English speaker required
