Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires a professional who can handle sensitive information with discretion and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Manage communication and correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and inquiries, ensuring timely responses.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. Assist with special projects and events, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
  • Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records, both electronic and physical. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, building and maintaining positive relationships.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the executive team.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic or German is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and reliability.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands.
