  • Prepare reports as required by management.

Job Title: Executive Admin HR Operations

Location: UAE (Dubai)
Reporting To: HR Officer & Office Manager

Mission
  • Provide clear professional and accurate advice and guidance to managers on a wide range of onboarding-related issues.
  • Deliver HR operations support to managers and staff that is responsive and timely.
  • Assist the Admin Manager in Dubai with day-to-day administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all new joiners in the Middle East are scheduled for mandatory inductions and maintain accurate tracking.
  • Provide first-level support to Line Managers on all matters related to mandatory training including follow-up and data file updates.
  • Assist the Admin Manager in Dubai with daily administrative tasks and event organization.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to confirm induction dates and ensure timely communication and invitations to participants.
  • Prepare reports as required by management.
  • Manage new joiner announcements across the region.
Key Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Ability to manage workflow in a fast-paced lean environment with multiple and changing priorities.
  • Experience in handling ambiguity and providing quick solutions/recommendations.
  • Strong ability to maintain confidentiality regarding employee matters.
