Job summary

A global real estate services provider in Sharjah is seeking experienced Project Sales Advisors. This role is an exciting opportunity to drive sales across exclusive projects. The ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of developer sales experience in the UAE, hold a UAE driver’s license, and possess strong negotiation and presentation skills. The successful applicants will be responsible for achieving sales targets and maintaining high professional standards while networking for business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of developer sales experience within the UAE.
  • Must hold a UAE driver’s license with own car.
  • Broker card holder (RERA) is preferable.
  • Native English speaker or high command of the English language.
  • Proven record of achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive understanding of each assigned project.
  • Deliver professional sales presentations and secure transactions.
  • Leverage established network of brokers to generate sales opportunities.
  • Represent in broker presentations.
  • Achieve individual monthly sales targets.
  • Manage and qualify leads through CRM system.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities.
  • Uphold highest professional standards.
