We’re looking for a dynamic and detail oriented Events Planning Executive to join our energetic team at Andaz Dubai The Palm. In this role, you will manage event planning and coordination for both individual events and group business, ensuring each occasion is flawlessly executed and aligned with the hotel’s vibrant brand identity.

You will handle event and group inquiries, prepare detailed proposals and contracts, and coordinate with internal departments — including Sales, Banquets, Rooms, and Culinary — to ensure smooth pre-event and post-sales planning. Responsibilities include managing group details such as rooming lists, arrival/departure summaries, billing instructions, and on-site logistics, as well as organizing meetings, weddings, and social events.

In addition to your planning responsibilities, you will have your own key performance indicators - such as guest satisfaction (NPS) goals, conversion ratios, and other performance metrics and will play an active role in supporting the team’s overall quota achievements. You’ll maintain strong client relationships, conduct follow-ups to ensure satisfaction, and contribute to the continuous improvement of event and group operations.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Events Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in events or banquets within the hospitality industry (internship experience considered).
  • Strong knowledge of event and group coordination processes.
  • Exceptional organizational and client-handling skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Goal-driven mindset with an understanding of performance metrics and teamwork.
