PURPOSE / DETAILS OF THE JOB
Nissan Middle East is seeking a dynamic and experienced Events & Creative Manager to join our marketing team. This role requires a strategic and creative professional with 8 years of experience in events management, advertising or similar marketing disciplines.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, managing and executing high‑impact brand events, activations and sponsorships across the Middle East region. This role also involves the development of advertising campaigns and creative marketing initiatives to drive brand visibility, and the candidate will play a key role in driving creative innovation, including exploring and integrating new tools and technologies to enhance our campaigns.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
- Plan and Manage Events:
- Plan, execute and oversee all aspects of brand events, activations and experiential marketing initiatives across Nissan Middle East markets.
- Maximise budget efficiency & utilisation through the event planning phase.
- Ensure cross‑functional alignment with all stakeholders and deliver local to regional validations.
- Creative Campaign Development:
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to conceptualise and develop creative assets for regional campaigns.
- Work on end‑to‑end creative development from briefing until the campaign is dispatched to media while working with the media team to assess asset performance.
- Innovation & AI Integration:
- Proactively explore, test and recommend innovative marketing tools and technologies, particularly AI‑driven solutions that can enhance creativity, personalisation and operational efficiency.
- Work on A/B testing opportunities through media campaigns to continually test asset efficiency.
- Project Management: Manage budgets, timelines and stakeholder coordination internally and externally to ensure seamless execution of handled projects.
- Agency & Vendor Management: Oversee agency partners, production vendors and other third‑party providers to ensure quality, creativity and efficiency.
- Performance & Reporting: Generate post‑event reports and track creative performance across campaigns.
KPIs
- Event & Activation Delivery:
Seamless planning and execution on time and within budget.
- Post Event Satisfaction Score:
Achieve an average post‑activation satisfaction score of 8/10.
- Audience Engagement Impact:
Meet or exceed predefined engagement targets (e.g. leads, interactions, impressions) per event.
- Creative Excellence:
Assets delivered on time and within budget while meeting or exceeding engagement benchmarks (e.g. CTR, video views, completion rates) per campaign.
- Marketing Innovation Adoption:
Pilot and integrate a minimum of 3 new AI or tech‑driven marketing tools annually, with at least 1 showing measurable efficiency or creative impact.
Background & Skills Required
Background & Experience (years):
- Minimum 8 years of experience in events management & advertising or related marketing roles.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is highly preferred.
- Proven experience executing large‑scale events and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Experience in automotive or consumer‑facing industries is a plus.
- Experience in an event/creative agency is a plus.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
