Job summary

A luxury retail brand in Dubai is seeking an Events Coordinator to support in planning and executing events. Responsibilities include administrative support, document preparation, and on-site assistance during events. Candidates must have prior event planning experience and skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. This position is exclusively available for UAE Nationals with a valid family book.

Qualifications

  • Prior involvement in planning or assisting with events.
  • Technical software experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience handling schedules and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the event team.
  • Maintain and update all event timelines and trackers.
  • Prepare all needed documents for events, including contracts.
  • Support on site during events when necessary.
  • Collect feedback and create reports after each event.

Overview

Support in planning, coordination and execution of events. This role ensures smooth communication between stakeholders and accurate documentation before during and after an event.

Responsibilities
  • Admin support to the event team
  • Maintain and update all schedules – events timelines and trackers
  • Prepare all needed documents for events (contracts – NDAs)
  • Support on site during events when needed
  • Collect feedback and work on reports after each event and track all KPIs for continuous improvement
  • Continuously update our pool of suppliers and locations

  • Technical software experience (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience handling schedules and documentation
