As an integral part of our organization youll be responsible for planning coordinating and executing high-profile events that exceed client expectations and showcase the vibrant culture of Dubai.

  • Develop and manage comprehensive event plans timelines and budgets for a diverse range of corporate and social events
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into exceptional event experiences
  • Coordinate with internal teams vendors and stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution
  • Handle incoming event inquiries professionally through multiple channels
  • Create detailed event proposals including venue selection function planning menu curation and accommodation arrangements
  • Maximize revenue opportunities while maintaining client satisfaction
  • Manage on-site event operations ensuring all aspects run smoothly and efficiently
  • Stay current with industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into event offerings
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and prepare comprehensive reports for continuous improvement
  • Assist in developing sales forecasts and strategies to achieve departmental targets

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Event Management Hospitality or a related field
  • Proven experience (3 years) in event planning and execution preferably in the luxury hospitality sector
