Event & Activation Manager

Reporting to: Creative Director – Solutions Leisure Group

Role Overview

Solutions Leisure Group is seeking an Event & Activation Manager to plan, design, and deliver events and brand activations across the portfolio. This role blends creative concepting and décor design with procurement, partnerships, and execution, ensuring each activation delivers visual impact, brand alignment, and commercial value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end event and activation delivery, from creative concept through to execution
  • Propose creative concepts, event designs, and décor direction, bringing ideas to life with strong visual impact
  • Create and deliver distinctive décor moments and experiential magic aligned to each brand
  • Manage procurement, costing, and supplier coordination for all event décor and production
  • Develop and manage brand partnerships and sponsorships to support and enhance activations
  • Coordinate design, build, and creative suppliers from concept to installation
  • Plan and maintain annual and seasonal event calendars
  • Ensure all activations align with brand identity, tone, and guest experience
  • Oversee on-site setup, execution, and post-event review
  • Secure brand sponsorships to support and fund events and activations
  • Pitch event and activation concepts to external partners and internal stakeholders
Experience & Skills
  • 5+ years experience in event, activation, or experiential design roles
  • Strong creative eye with experience concepting décor and event environments
  • Proven procurement, budgeting, and supplier management skills
  • Experience working with brand partners and sponsors
  • Highly organised, commercially aware, and detail-focused
