Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive and competitive cost estimates for high-end interior fit-out projects.
• Manage the full tender process, including interpreting drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
• Develop and maintain Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and suppliers to determine material, labour, and equipment costs.
• Negotiate pricing with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure best value.
• Oversee cost control measures throughout the estimation process.
• Identify and propose value engineering solutions to optimise project budgets.
• Manage a team of estimators and ensure they produce accurate and timely estimates.
• Review and analyse contractor claims for accuracy.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits.
• Assist in establishing and maintaining company estimation policies and procedures.
• Work with sales to prioritise bids and ensure timely submissions.
