Qualifications

• Epic Cadence Certification or demonstrated expertise in Cadence.
• Experience in healthcare IT, patient access services or scheduling workflows.
• Strong understanding of appointment scheduling, registration and referral processes.

Responsibilities

• Configure Cadence to support scheduling workflows including templates, rules, and provider preferences.
• Collaborate with teams to analyze scheduling workflows and design optimizations.
• Train end users and provide ongoing support for the system.
• Enable self-scheduling features for patients to enhance access.
• Create reports tracking appointment metrics and performance.
