A leading hospitality technology firm is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director for the MEA region. This remote role focuses on driving new business acquisition and strategic growth. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years in enterprise SaaS sales, a proven track record with hotel groups, and exemplary consultative selling skills. Candidate must be fluent in English, while proficiency in Arabic or French is preferred. This position requires extensive travel and proven ability to manage complex sales cycles.
The Enterprise Sales Director – MEA is a results-driven hunter with a proven track record of exceeding quota in enterprise SaaS sales. The ideal candidate has experience selling to large hotel groups and hospitality brands, is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about driving digital transformation in the hotel industry. This role is responsible for new business acquisition and strategic growth across MEA for Cendyn’s solutions.
The Enterprise Sales Director will develop and execute a territory sales plan focused on securing new enterprise customers and expanding business within existing accounts. The individual will maximize every sales opportunity and consistently achieve quota for the assigned Middle Eastern territory. We are looking for a “doer” with a proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, present Cendyn solutions via online demos, and represent the company at major hospitality trade shows, conferences, and association events. This position will primarily sell to hotel chains, management companies, ownership groups, and hospitality brands.
This position involves daily interaction with customers, internal teams, and cross-functional departments. Engagement will often be with senior and executive-level stakeholders both internally and externally.
This is a remote role based in MEA, requiring a high degree of discipline and self-motivation.
