In this strategic role youll drive product inclusion in major energy projects deliver expert technical support and shape the future of insulation performance in the region.

Your Tasks:

• Develop and manage engineering specifications for energy projects across MEA
• Secure product inclusion by engaging with Owners EPCs and consultants
• Support detailed design phases including technical drawings and quantity take-offs
• Deliver technical calculations and proposals during bidding stages
• Conduct technical audits at key CAPEX and OPEX sites
• Provide training and presentations to internal teams and external stakeholders
• Collaborate on product development testing and certification processes
• Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to inform strategy

Your Profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with 10 years in oil & gas or industrial insulation
• Strong expertise in insulation systems performance calculations and specification-driven environments
• Skilled in interpreting engineering drawings and piping layouts
• Proven ability to deliver technical support and engage stakeholders effectively
• Excellent communication analytical and organizational skills
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
• Proficient in MS Office CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and ideally insulation design software
• Willing to travel across the MEA region as needed
