Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a similar role in five-star luxury properties required.
• Excellent coordination and multi-tasking ability.
• Should hold a valid UAE driver’s license with a personal car for commuting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the housing facility and its requirements.
• Prepare/design forms related to housing, benefits and employee relations.
• Develop house rules and regulations and implement them in the Employee Housing facility.
• Liaise with various government entities for required legal accreditations.
• Manage accommodation maintenance issues.
• Oversee cleanliness of accommodation and recreational facilities.
• Prepare budgets for housing and employee events.
