MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To provide emergency medical treatment and transportation services to patients in line with relevant regulatory authority guidelines

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

To provide a comprehensive emergency medical service to patients in accordance with all the relevant regulatory guidelines

To ensure that life support equipment is in good working order and managed according to relevant guidelines and company policy

To ensure continuous professional development standards are adhered to aimed at ensuring a high quality of patient services

To manage and monitor all administration related to billing and cash handling in line with standard company policy

Ensure accurate record keeping practices are followed to prevent potential risk and unsure legal compliance

REQUIRED EDUCATION

A relevant 3 year Bachelor's degree in Emergency Medical Services (EMT-P)

A recognised Intermediate Life Support qualification (EMT-I)

Licensed as Emergency Medical Technician - Paramedic/Intermediate with the Department of Health Abu Dhabi

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

At least 2 years' experience in an Emergency Medical Services environment

A minimum of 1600 working hours during the last 24 months in an Emergency Medical Service position and proof of a valid driver's license

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
