A prominent healthcare organization in Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled Embryologist to support Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) programs. The ideal candidate will perform laboratory procedures with high precision, maintain quality standards, and collaborate with fertility specialists to provide excellent patient care. Applicants should hold a relevant degree and possess 2-5 years of experience in an IVF laboratory. Full-time position available.

Job Summary :

The Embryologist will be responsible for handling gametes embryos and performing laboratory procedures to support Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) programs. This role requires precision adherence to laboratory protocols and collaboration with fertility specialists to ensure high-quality patient care and successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Perform oocyte retrieval sperm preparation fertilization and embryo culture procedures.
  • Assess embryo quality and perform embryo transfer as directed.
  • Maintain accurate laboratory records and patient data.
  • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Prepare culture media and reagents following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Requirements :
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Genetics Biology Biotechnology or Clinical Embryology from a recognized institution.
  • Certification or training in Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) preferred.
  • Minimum 2 5 years of experience in an IVF / ART laboratory.
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory safety embryology procedures and quality control protocols.
  • Proficiency in laboratory documentation and reporting.
