• Communicate professionally with customers, providing explanations, answering questions, and offering maintenance advice.
• Accurately document repairs, maintenance activities, and parts usage; complete service reports and work orders.
• Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations related to tools, equipment, and hazardous materials.
