Qualifications

• 10 – 12 years’ experience in electrical maintenance in Power and Water desalination plants.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical maintenance activities including preventative and corrective maintenance.
• Assign resources for maintenance tasks to ensure optimal functionality.
• Troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis on electrical equipment.
• Test and validate equipment condition after repairs.
• Perform inspections to follow up on technicians' work progress.
• Coordinate planning and execution of annual outage maintenance.
• Supervise team activities to meet targets and business objectives.

Skills

Practical Knowledge of relevant plant equipment

Awareness of HSE & quality standards

Knowledge of downtime analysis and good knowledge of problem‑solving tools

Knowledge of preventative/predictive maintenance theory

Mentoring, coaching and people management skills

Strong planning, organising, and integration skills
