A leading hospitality firm in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Food Safety Manager to implement and manage the Food Safety and Hygiene Management System (HACCP). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience and a degree in Food Safety. This full-time role requires attention to detail and involves ensuring compliance with kitchen policies and SOPs.
To serve the needs of the business implementing and managing the overall Food Safety and Hygiene Management System (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point - HACCP) as an efficient productive cost and service center ensuring a smooth operation and therefore contribute to maximizing guest satisfaction through planning organizing directing and controlling the operation and administration. Responsible for ensuring that the planning coordination administration takes place in the receiving and HACCP office in accordance with documented SOPs and Kitchen department policies.
